1. The Service
devini.io is our public website. The Devini Vault is a private, access-controlled area for clients and team members. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
3. Accounts & Sign-In
You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or restrict access where access is not authorized.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to access, probe, or breach the security of the Service or other accounts.

The Service relies on third parties, including Google for sign-in and Supabase for hosting and data storage. Your use of those features is also subject to the respective providers’ terms and policies.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devini will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
